Biography
Born in 1960, my entire professional life is wine ;-) , starting with my apprenticeship in the 70s at the Steigenberger Parkhotel Düsseldorf (5 *) to the restaurant professional, then several years as head waiter in various top restaurants - Ritz, Conti Berlin etc.
After these years of traveling I made my master in gastronomy
Then I work as a teacher at the vocational school and led courses in adult education on behalf of DEHOGA.
In the 1980s, I opened my first shop, a small restaurant and bar in Wittlich on the Moselle.
After some time I took over the entire catering in the casino in Bad Neuenahr, with 3 bars and 2 restaurants.
Since 2006 I am in Neustadt an der Weinstrasse (the secret wine capital of Germany) and run there with my wife a restaurant (1 Michelin *), wine bar (with over 300 different wines) and hotel ...
